Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-2 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 1 business day (during business hours) to let you know your order is on the way

CLICK AND COLLECT/STORE PICKUP -  16 Gymea Bay Road, Gymea

Click and collect orders can be picked up daily, according to standard Deb’s Hidden Treasures trading hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING/POSTAGE

Orders are generally shipped domestically within 1 business day using our shipping carrier(s). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

PO/POSTAL BOX DELIVERIES

We do not ship to PO or Postal Boxes. If you enter a PO Box delivery address, you will be required to update delivery to a residential or business address before shipping can proceed. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON ONLINE ORDERS

We accept returns on online orders up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@debshiddentreasures.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
